If you’re interested in reading about the specific differences between the two you can find a brief list of changes over here (Japanese). This Japanese PSP/Vita (it released simultaneously on both, such was the PSP’s popularity) title is actually an enhanced version of an earlier PSP game, Lord of Arcana, itself one of a variety of games under the wider “Lord of…” branding umbrella of Square-Enix’s popular card-based arcade titles. Unlike a lot of other “director’s cut” or “special” editions Apocalypse doesn’t go down the typical route of grafting extreme difficulties and new equipment onto the existing game but instead significantly reworks a lot of the basic systems and really tries to address as many issues with the original as was possible within the time/budget the development team given. They are also dualsword weapons. This was something of a later title for the PSP, coming out in 2011 when I and probably everyone else was already all Monster Hunter’d out just from plain old Monster Hunter, making the endless parade of similar games of wildly varying quality that tried their own hand at this popular genre in the five years since Monster Hunter Portable‘s first handheld release something that had largely passed me by.įast-forward to the present day and… I’m still all Monster Hunter’d out really, the series doing what it does well enough that when I do feel the itch for a little wyvern-battering action I have no urge to seriously look elsewhere: but when you find a game looks interesting and costs less than a cup of coffee… well, why not? He is paired with Rudra and both are bosses. Agni is also in a CAPCOM game called Devil May Cry 3.He is still dazed for less time than normal though. If you cause the Otherworld symbol to appear over his head when roaring, readying for Scarlet Shock V3, and then quickly move out of the way, he'll home in on you very closely and jump in the other direction and he'll do it again. In ancient Filipino folktale, there exists a deity named Agni.Unlike other monsters, Agni's attacks do not weaken or change when you break his arm.Roaring Fire: Agni will roar and then 3 fire balls will come out from his mouth furnace. If it hit someone, he will follow up with an uppercut. One Two Punch: Agni will punch someone close. It will continue to roll until it almost reach to the edge of the arena. Flaming Sword Sweep: Agni pull back his right arm swing it's summoned sword infront and side of him (in form of a circle).įlaming Roll: Agni roars, curl into a ball and then jump into the center of the arena. I’ve never been able to find any reference in federal law to a serial number or other manufacturing marks being required on a personally made firearm. It would be up to you to prove that you made it for yourself and then later decided to sell or give it away. I would strongly urge caution, as the practice of making a gun for another is prohibited without a license. However, building a gun for yourself that you later decide to sell or transfer is permissible. This prohibition includes making a gun as a gift for an immediate family member. However, you cannot make the gun with the intent to sell or otherwise transfer the gun to another. Further, you do not need a federal firearms license (FFL) to manufacture the gun. I had this confirmed by the Firearms Industry Programs Branch of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATFE).įederal law does not prohibit an individual from making a fully functional firearm for his or her own use. Long Answer: My research indicates there is no federal law or regulation that requires a person to mark his or her personally manufactured firearm with a serial number or other information. Am I required to apply a serial number to a gun I manufacture? Please note: the laws and ATF rules have changed since I wrote this article! Be sure to read the section at the end on the ATF serial number requirements for a look at the current state of things. Do your own homework and err on the side of caution. At some point in the future, the laws regarding homemade firearms may change and render this information obsolete. All NFA items require serial numbers and other markings. Additionally, this information applies only to non-NFA items. It applies only to the federal laws of the United States. None of the information in this article applies to state or local laws. To put it in perspective, I’m just a guy with a keyboard – but then, so is that guy on Reddit or Facebook handing out advice. Nothing in this article should be considered legal advice. In this article, I am addressing one specific question: Do you have to engrave a serial number on your completed firearm? Read This Firstīefore I go any farther: I am not a lawyer and have no specialized knowledge of the law beyond what anyone else can research. I can't remember a single romantic scene in either season that I would rewatch, and I'm usually pretty enthusiastic about corny shoujo moments. Yuki spent a lot of time with Kaname and Zero, but she didn't connect with Kaname until the end, and her scenes with Zero were just angsty melodrama. If the main focus was the love triangle, then they should have put WAY more attention on developing the two relationships. They did nothing with her being the guardian. They shouldn't have raised our expectations that Yuki would become strong if they weren't going to deliver. The twins may have been the most powerful, compelling plot element in the entire show. Kaname did improve somewhat he was less opaque and we finally understood his attachment to Yuki. Watching her chase after the villain and put herself in danger was really irritating, especially because she endangered a lot of Kaname's lackeys in the process. She was as weak as ever, but much more intent on protecting everyone, even though she had ABSOLUTELY no capacity for doing so. I hate the intro, but the ending theme makes up for it. Just for the music, suffering through the two seasons was worthwhile. One treat was how cute Chairman Kaien was once he let down his hair and took off his glasses.Īnother excellent soundtrack. I was disappointed but not surprised by the cheesiness of the monsters and the lameness of the fight scenes. However, the story was so boring and the characters' behavior so repetitive that by the climax, I just didn't care. Unlike season 1, there was some buildup to the final events, the villain was decent, and there was some resolution. I can take only so many scenes of Yuki crying and pounding her fists against his chest while he goes, "Yuuki," in his sad voice. She also kept on chasing after Kaname, begging him to tell her about her past. She continued obsessing over Zero and repeating the phrase, "I cannot hurt Zero any more than this" in her monotonous internal dialogues. I usually enjoy heroines in torment, but they didn't do much with it. It was a relief having her emotions at the forefront, instead of the previous season where she was constantly consoling the suicidal Zero. I liked Yuki's post-traumatic stress behavior, which was the reason I gave this season a try. |
